This is like S series of MBenz
I had an Archos-Tablet (101-9G) for last two years. In last two years all I had nothing but griff with it. After I started to use this refurbished TF300T, I felt like upgrade to a new S500 M Benz. You must own one to appreciate it. The reason I bought this is to give it to my six year old daughter, but now this tablet is my primary portable device. The only wish would be, it would have been easier if this tablet had USB port build in and charged thru it.
But so far no big deal, I charge when I sleep and use it all day no problems with battery life.
TIP: When charging in the need room, be sure to mute the sound and rest the unit on its screen to avoid Ding noise and to avoid bright screen light in a dark room.

Screen has problems
I am a big fan of the ASUS Transformer Android tablets and that is why I purchased a refurbished one as a photo frame for my mother.

The refurbished tablet is in good shape cosmetically, however parts of the touch screen do not function correctly. If I can ever get this setup as a photo frame it will probably be fine. It would be pretty worthless as a general purpose tablet.

A new ASUS Transformer tablet is a joy to use. The refurbished one I purchased is not worth the money I paid.

Resold But Not Refurbished.
The Cosmetic quality was not bad. (although there is a slight scratch on the lower left-hand quadrant of the screen.

There is something wrong with the device's ability to register touches. This is more noticeable on the right hand side of the screen.

The device freezes occasionally regardless of which application is being run, OR if you are just on the default homescreen, EVEN AFTER a direct reboot.

I regret the $149.95 that I spent on this product.

I doubt if I'll be allowed to post this review.

Works
Bought a refurbished one, didn't come with a manual. Just a wall charger and a scratched unit in the box. Turned on, and seems to work fine.

Great tablet for the price....I would say none better in this price range.
Overall a great Android tablet. Can not beat the value for the price. The back is plastic and the battery could be a bit better but that's what brings the price down (besides a couple other internal items). I didn't like the fact that it didn't use USB for charging or connecting to a PC. It uses a proprietary plug, so you will need to purchase a special 12v car adapter. Also it wont charge using the PC adapter cable. But over all I give it 4 stars.

Excellent tablet for the price.
I've been looking for the last 18 months for a quality tablet under $200. My choices were down to ASUS Transformer, Iconia A500 and, early on, a Toshiba Thrive. I was leaning towards the Iconia as their dock was a lot cheaper but, finding an offbrand cover with bluetooth keyboard for the ASUS solved the problem. I've only had this a few days, ran a few apps and so far works great. I imagine that anything that could go wrong would happen within the 90 day warranty. Crossing my fingers that all stays well.
